My Review: This is another well written romance from this author and in my opinion the best so far. A young lady (June) decides to escape from an arranged marriage by her father. Her mother, while intoxicated, reveals that her real father is a famous pirate named Black John, not the pastor she had known as father for her whole life. She decides to go searching for Black John. In this task she gets the help of young Thomas Iron. Their adventure begins and the attraction and romance blossom during their travel.
The book is well written, the story is entertaining. I recommend this book to the library of all readers that appreciate a good romance story. But be aware that there are some colorful description of the intimate relation between the characters.
